Happy Sunday everyone! Actually filmed this one two weeks ago, but somehow just didn't feel like posting it 🤷‍♀. I saw @kristinrezinas take this one on a while back and felt really inspired by her beautiful video to try this class as well 💕. Watching this back a while after filming, I actually found a few moments that I really like and where I see improvements in myself. Of yourse I also found some things I didn't like, but just being able to see the good things and appreciating myself does not come easy let me tell you, so this moment of finding the positive is major for me. A year ago I would've just let the not so good parts overshadow everything and I am so glad to find that that confident little voice inside has gotten a bit stronger 😊. Enjoy your dancing 💃!
