You may have noticed a recent issue with video playback and processing within the web and App. We use Cloudflare (https://custifymail.com/track/c/61e959e1a730772ec79ff898/6544d5bc721bf8003825c829) as our third party provider for video. They are a billion-dollar company who service and support thousands of businesses around the world. They are a highly reputable company which are trusted globally with providing technical services to businesses. Over the past 24-48 hours, Cloudflare have experienced a major outage which they are in the process of resolving with the utmost importance. This is a global issue which affects all aspects of the service they provide. Until this is resolved by them, we are in a position where video upload/processing and playback will not work. If you are curious to know more about the impact this is having globally, search for 'cloudflare' on Twitter/X.
