Hairography practise! I used to tie my hair in a ponytail when I started heels, because hair flips were not happening. My hair would not get out of my face or move the way I wanted, due to a stiff neck. I am happy to see some progress here. I am also trying to embrace being a beginner. Even though the perfectionist in me cringes, I am allowing myself to make mistakes and look awkward. I know it's all part of the learning process 🙂.
