Loved seeing @alison.levi perform this piece and had to give the chair a try. My focus has been tuning out my critical brain when I’m doing the movements and just focusing on how it FEELS in my body. Keeping my eyes closed for most of this one forces me to do that and I was LIVING for the breathe she takes in the beginning. Apparently so was my cat, Beef. Happy spooky szn 🎃👻
