So summer came back to Germany with a vengeance these past few days 🥵 and because that was not hard enough, I've been battling a major slump during the last few weeks...I've been lacking the excitement to learn new choreographies or even just move to music. Thinking about moving made me feel exhausted and so low. I still kept at it, because coming from a lot of anxiety and depression, I learned that exercise and routines actually benefit my mental health so I'm not willing to compromise in that regard. This was the first time in weeks I was able to feel at least a little bit of the excitement again and I was soooo happy 🥰. How do you conquer slumps? Any tips?
