Just did the “30 MIN MOVEMENT MEDITATION WITH JASMINE PŌMAIKA'I” after a long week of being lazy and unmotivated. I was shocked at how much my body actually wanted to move and how ready it was to free and share its energy. This class reminded me how safe it is to actually be myself, and I think that I’ll try to do this practice daily. Maybe while playing some nature sounds in the background. My heart, my body, and even my anxiety really needed this today 🥰🥰 I feel so much better. And I feel like I accomplished something! Now I feel inspired to do more 🤍 small changes bring big results
