I really don’t know what words I can use to describe learning and doing this piece. When I first watched a member do it, I uncontrollably cried bc the words are so beautiful, profound and empowering. I watched it again and cried even more. Then I watched myself do it, and my head was automatically filled with judgement and criticism. Then I allowed myself to drop into the words more. Like Kayla Said, the words belong to you, to me, to everyone. And allowing myself to feel it is the most heartbreaking yet amazing experience. Thank you for this class. So grateful ❤️
