Today I worked on a ver emotional piece "truth is" Which is very challenging for me. I always have a hard time connecting with my past and the dark places I've been trough. I just like to think I've always been that happy bubbly successful woman. Today I took the risk to connect with that side of me and it felt absolutely amazing. Dance to express not to impress
