I get the question all the time “is it too late for me to start dancing?” And I literally always say NEVER. It’s never too late! Movement and dance will always be there for us. No matter if you did ballet when you were little and want to pick it back up, or want to finally put some technique to your hidden passion for movement, dance will always meet you where you are 💕 It’s more just being gentle and patient with the process and getting out of your own way mentally!! The best is yet to come my loves - in life as well as dance 💕 Love y’all
