Just wanted to share a little love with y’all 💓 Bodylove has Inspired me endlessly, I’m looking into taking my first In person dance class since I was in middle school (I’m 32 lol so it’s been a LONG time) Part of my work is being an esthetician and Yesterday after I finished a new clients facial, She gave me the best compliment I’ve ever received, Which was She said I was like a “facial dancer” That my movements were so playful and graceful To feel the dance Through my body Even when I’m not actually “dancing” Is the greatest gift Dance is life The flow, the energy, moves through us If we let it To me the flow Is the Spirit And to me that is God And we can hold that in our body And it can flow our hands and into Others Or through our aura, our smile, our laughter All of It Thankful always for y’all @bodylovesanctuary @KAYLABRENDA for helping me remember the dancer inside
