Just did a ten min embodiment practice from the recenter category. I have been super anxious this week, but today I decided to finally do something for myself. I am amazed by how different I feel, and also I was shocked at how quickly my body feels tension when thinking about my own expectations for the day. I’ll try to keep her advice on thinking about what I have to do, feel it and calm down, think about it one more time and then approach it. It’s definitely way better than rushing all the time 🤍 can’t wait to try another class after work today.
