Hi angels 🤍 For the past few weeks I’ve been keeping a “gratitude journal”, something my therapist suggested because I was deep in the slumps of my mind and could only see the negatives. Nothing could overpower those negatives to me, and so she suggested every day that I write down 5 things i’m grateful for. Nothing being too big or too small, too complex or too simple. It sounded dumb at first lol bc I’m a strong headed scorpio that runs full force into things and when they don’t work out I spiral, and asking for help is rarely an option (i’m working on it lol) But dammit guess who was right 🤣 I bring this here because with how the worlds state is, how hard life can be, stressful, anxiety inducing, i’m sure there’s another that can relate. It’s such a helpful way to reframe hardships, because no matter what we will come out of it, and our hearts will mend and our souls will grow. So, I ask: What are 5 things you’re grateful for?
