What’s your inspo word for 2023? I wrote this on my phone notepad in the bathroom of a bar last night: “I want this year to settle my nervous system. I want this year to move toward the things that feel warm and away from the things that feel suffocating or poky. I want this year to heal. Call my power back. Feel FULL.” So I think my words are something like CLARITY, SELF CARE, and SPACIOUSNESS. Tell me yours ❤️
