Get ready to LET GO, and experience a meditative healing journey with Reiki and Intuitive healer GRACE LANNON. Grace leads us in a 30 minute workshop focused on releasing stagnant, sticky energy from the year. We will first work with a journal prompt, and then will go into a guided meditation and energy healing.
