Hi Angels 💕 I have a sweet lil practice for you to help focus your energy for 2024... Our very own community member @graceangel has just blessed us with a beautiful new year meditation, as well as a walk-thru of significant reflections. Grace has done a new meditation each year for us, and we are so happy so have her energy back in the space 💕✨ I did the heart meditation myself while at the gym, and was surprised at how deeply it resonated with me.
