The other day @bodylovesanctuary asked for some wisdom to drop on her friends in low places… this came across my feed today and filled my cup. Failure can be so freeing if you can shift your perspective. Proud of all of you… us. This isn’t an easy art. Dance/rhythm/musicality may or may not come naturally to some… learning choreo doesn’t come easily to most… stretching, training and investing in yourself takes time and energy, two resources that are hard FOR ALL to come by. And yet… here we are. Showing up…trying… and loving ourselves and each other through it. Stay brave and keep failing forward. Love you gorgeous people. So blessed to be a part of your/this world.
