Hello lovely Queens! I hope you all are enjoying the holidays! I have a question about stretching and I was wondering if any of you could give me some advice? I have started stretching regularly since last 6 months or so. A couple of weeks ago, I went a bit deeper into my hip stretches. It happened naturally. I didn't force myself or felt any pain. However, ever since that day, my hips have become very tight! More tight than before I started stretching. I am a bit clueless why that happened? I don't know how to deal with the tightness? Do i need to rest it out? Or should I do something else to release the tightness?
